1 - How to log in

Enter your log in reference number first - you can find this on the email or letter from the local authority which hosts your housing register application:

Do not add the letters 'HR' when logging into your account, or any numbers after the hyphen - just enter the numbers as shown above

2 - Memorable date and second password

You will then see the following screen where the system asks you to select your own memorable date and your own second password:

The date MUST be in the format of dd mm yyyy – for example, 01 03 1991

The password criteria is:

  • Between 6 and 10 characters maximum
  • 2 upper case letters
  • 2 lower case letters
  • 2 numbers
  • No symbols or punctuation marks

For example, PASSword99 meets this criteria.

3 - Forgotten login details

If you forget your login reference, click on the link as shown below:

Then you will be asked to provide your email address and your login reference will be emailed to you.

4 - Forgotten password

If you forget your password, you can reset it by entering your login reference and then clicking on the 'I have forgotten my password' button:

You will then be asked to complete your login number and email address and then two other pieces of your data as shown below:

You will then see the following screen and a new temporary memorable date and temporary password will be emailed to you:
