Housing 21 has a new social rent, extra care scheme at Michaelmas Court, Thurston. The units are a mix of 1- and 2-bed, mostly 1-bed. Tenants need to be aged 55+ and to have an assessed minimum care need of 4 hours per week. Priority is given to residents of Mid Suffolk but residents of neighbouring districts may also apply.
